1. Agreement to Terms & Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and MobileSkins Technologies Pvt. Ltd., operating under parent brand Trink ("MobileSkins", "Company", "we", "our"). By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, using the SkinLab™ customizer, or executing a commercial transaction, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to all provisions contained herein, you must immediately terminate use of our website and services.

2. On-Demand CAD Manufacturing & Precision Standards

All device skins, wraps, and precision films purchased from MobileSkins are manufactured strictly on-demand. When you place an order, our automated robotic cutting beds utilize micro-calibrated CAD laser cutters to produce wraps tailored to 0.05mm tolerances for your chosen device model.

Customer Responsibility for Model Selection: Because products are custom cut immediately following order placement, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the exact device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro vs iPhone 15 Pro Max, Samsung S24 4G vs S24 5G). MobileSkins is not liable for orders placed for incorrect device variants.

3. Customizer Artwork & Intellectual Property Representations

When you utilize our SkinLab™ 3D customizer to upload original graphics, text, brand logos, or personal photographs, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and copyright holder of the uploaded material, or you have secured express, written authorization and license from the copyright/trademark owner.
• The uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or moral rights.
• The uploaded content is free from defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or unlawful elements.

MobileSkins reserves the right to reject and cancel any custom order that appears to violate third-party trademarks or Indian law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MobileSkins and its directors from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your uploaded artwork.

4. Commercial Pricing, Currency & Promotional Tokens

All commercial prices displayed on MobileSkins are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, completed transactions will not be retroactively altered.

Promotional voucher codes, spin-to-win discount tokens, and VIP coupons must be submitted during checkout prior to authorizing payment. Discounts cannot be applied post-payment authorization or combined with unauthorized third-party promotions.

5. Order Acceptance, Modification & Cancellation

Order receipt emails acknowledge that your order has been received; they do not constitute formal commercial acceptance. MobileSkins reserves the right to cancel or limit order quantities if fraud detection flags suspicious activity, if item pricing errors occur due to typographical bugs, or if material shortages arise.

Cancellation Window: Because custom laser production begins within 120 minutes of payment confirmation, orders can only be cancelled within two (2) hours of placement by notifying our support desk. Once an order enters laser cutting beds, cancellation is impossible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MobileSkins, its directors, officers, employees, and Trink partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or device hardware damage resulting from incorrect third-party application techniques.

In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of MobileSkins arising out of or related to any single order shall not exceed the total purchase price actually paid by the customer for that specific order.

7. Force Majeure

MobileSkins shall not be deemed in breach of these Terms or liable for delays in manufacturing or delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather phenomena, labor strikes, logistics carrier embargoes, utility failures, or government regulations.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Jurisdiction

These Terms, and all transactions executed through MobileSkins, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
